1. Customers sometimes encounter the problem of product falling off when making rubber mold products. The traditional process is to manually take off a single product. If the mold is one out of eight, it takes 32 seconds. After mounting a air poppt valve on the silicone mold of Luocun Hefeng, the eight-cavity mold is connected through the trachea. At the same time, it takes 8 seconds to take off eight products, and the efficiency is increased four times.

2. The structure of the air poppt valve varies from company to company. Part of the production is in accordance with Taiwan structure. The inner core of the gas cap is fixed by a small pin. The piair poppt valve reak over a long period of time, which leads to the problem that the inner core of the air poppt valve will fall off. We can solve this problem by changing the design structure of the air poppt valve. Firstly, the inner core cone is positioned and the bottom end is limited. 

3. Thin-walled lunch box products will appear at the bottom of the product top cloak big problem, why this problem? This kind of problem will occur when the quality of the air poppt valve is not good. Some of the problems are the bad spring, which causes the inner core not to return to normal position. Another problem is that the taper surface of the inner core is not in good contact and the cloak is large after wearing. By positioning the inner core taper and limiting the bottom end face, we have solved the problem of large Cape of ejection products. Now it has been used in Shunde YIZUMI for more than half a year, and customers have reflected that it is very useful.
